1. When This Policy Applies
This policy applies to confirmed trips arranged through BEETrux. The exact terms applicable to a booking are confirmed before dispatch.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancelled before the vehicle is assigned to the trip: no cancellation charges apply in the standard process.
- Cancelled after a vehicle is assigned but before loading: charges may apply to cover the transporter’s committed time and movement.
- Cancelled after loading begins: the trip is considered as good as started, and settlement follows the terms agreed at booking.
3. Cancellation by the Transporter
If a transporter cannot perform a confirmed trip, BEETrux works to arrange an alternative verified vehicle at the earliest, keeping the customer informed at every step.
4. Force Majeure
Cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control — such as natural disasters or government restrictions — are handled with a fair and practical approach, communicated case by case.
5. Refunds
